According to the Greenwich Police Department, a Honda Civic was allegedly observed failing to maintain the proper lane Monday afternoon, June 10, so police initiated the stop on driver Rafael Jose Ribeiro De Godoy, 27, of Greenwich.
Field sobriety tests were reportedly given to De Godoy and he was ultimately arrested and charged, said police.
Further investigation allegedly revealed he was without a valid driver's license.
He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane, and operating without a license
De Godoy is due in court Monday, June 24
